James was admitted to the legal profession in 2011 and joined Bowlen Dunstan in January 2014. James practices primarily in Wills and Deceased Estates and advises clients on Grants of Representation, Estate Administration, Family Provision Claims, and Estate Planning Strategies. James is also experienced in Dispute Resolution and has worked with a wide range of commercial and private clients and has appeared and instructed at the Magistrates' Court of Victoria, the County Court of Victoria, the Federal Circuit Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of Victoria.
